a welcome home

cole and mason's papa came home from kenya friday night.
they made welcome signs for papa to hold up at the airport.
they were so excited to see their papa.

they were excited to finally see papa walking towards them.
they held their signs high.
well, mason wasn't really sure what was going on,
but cole was very excited!

papa - home at last!

we all went back to mom and dad's house to spend some time with him.
the kids watched him open all of his suitcases and pass out presents
that he had brought back for everyone.

one of the things he brought back were some pencils like mason is holding.
you twist the pencil back and forth, and the little beads,
beat on the drum at the top of the pencil.
he brought back enough for cole to take them to school and
pass out to his teacher and classmates.
the two wooden animals on the floor infront of mason are
a handmade zebra and horse.
cole and mason also got real african outfits,
and some more wood animals to play with.
i was blessed with a scarf, sandals, and a handmade bag.
