milk n' cookies

i thought making chocolate chip cookies with the boys would be fun.
so, i picked me up some chocolate chips at the grocery store and saved them
for the perfect day. and today was it!
the boys were so excited to help mommy make them.



they each took turns stirring and mixing while the other one poured all of the ingredients into the mixing bowl. then when it came time to put the chocolate chips in, i gave them each their own little bowl full of delicious chocolate chips. you have to make it fair, ya know. so, before they dumped their chocolate chips into the bowl, they each snuck a quick one or two chips in their mouth, then in they went.



mix. mix. stir. stir. and voowalah!





we had to make sure we got a taste of the scrumptious batter first.


(not sure what cole is doing, but i'm getting ready to taste the most delicious cookie batter ever!)

10 minutes and 375 degrees later......drum roll please.....



delish!



nothing better than a tall glass of cold milk and some chocolate chip cookies!
