the stanley cup playoffs began tonight.
the night that cole had been waiting for.
he kept reminding us that this was the week.
he got all dressed up in his red wings jersey,
he had his popcorn, he was set to go.
unfortunately, he couldn't stay up to watch the whole game.
when it was time for him to go to bed,
score was wings 2, blue jackets 1.
as cole was giving his grandma a hug goodnight,
he said to her, "grandma, i predict that the
red wings are going to win 4 to 1."
we smiled and laughed and said,
"ohh you do, do you?"
well, guess what?
the wings won and the score was 4 to 1 !!!!!
how often does that happen?
a 6 year old predicts a hockey game score!!!
