finally!

the stars were all aligned and the weather was just right and their schedules were magically open on the same night! chris and dad had been trying to get in a ride together ever since riding weather first began this year. it seemed like something always got in the way though. it was either dad's bike getting fixed or accessories getting added to it, or it was dad's back or shoulders hurting him, or it was bad weather and conflicting schedules on both parts - but they finally got together for a ride!!! chris called dad up to see if he wanted to go for a ride and dad (who was already on a ride in st. john's for a bike show) came all the way back from st. john's to meet up with chris. they had a fun night. they made it out to st. john's and their bikes ended up being part of the 7 other bikes in the town's bike show! :) they got to park their bikes in a barn and people got to walk by and look at them. i think chris's bike was the only sport bike there.







hopefully they'll get a chance for one more ride this season.
