they keep me laughing: what a day!

whew! these two boys are stressful to watch. all they do is argue and try to outdo each other. it's so funny! it's hard to correct them sometimes because i'm laughing too hard. mason is such a tattle tale! it's really annoying. he tattle tales over the silliest things. he actually tattle taled to chris the other night about something i was doing. ha! if you walk by him the wrong way, he'll tell on you. he's gotten really bad. so any little thing jonah does, he feels the need to tell me about it. then you have jonah who says that everything is "MINE!" all of the boys toys are "his". :) they will forget about a toy they were playing with, set it down on the floor, then the other boy will pick it up and play with it. they will notice like 5 minutes later and say, "hey! i was playing with that!" and then try to grab it out of their hand. it's so funny and ridiculous at the same time. the competition between them is so funny.

i decided to take them outside to play so that hopefully they would be worn out and take good naps. well, even as i type this, jonah is up from his almost 2 hour nap, while mason is still sleeping. it sort of worked. :)

jonah didn't like to swing. i tried pushing him and he didn't like it. he just liked to sit on the swing.

see? mason is making his tattle tale face. haha

mason asked me if he could climb on the monkey bars. i told him he was too little. so later he just wanted to climb up and down the ladder.

when jonah was on the ladder, mason wanted a turn and jonah said, "no. you too little." it was so funny.

one sweet moment between the two of them. obviously i had to ask them to hold hands for the picture.

i decided to pull out the beach ball in hopes that kicking it around the yard and chasing after it would tire them out too.

it lasted for a few minutes until jonah decided he didn't want to share the beach ball. so what did he do? he sat on it and just looked at mason like, "what are you going to do about it? come and get it!" lol
