Sunday morning there was no snow on the ground. There was talk of a second storm. We waited to see if the news people would be right again. Chris and the boys stayed home from services since they were still feeling under the weather, and I rode with Joe to services. We hoped to get home before all the snow started. Well, we made it back to our homes just in time. About a half hour after I got home, the snow started and before long....the ground was covered and it was NOT letting up!
At 9:00 that night, Chris went out to snow blow the driveway so he could hopefully get out in the morning for work. He said there was about 4 inches on the ground already. In the morning, there was another 4 inches on the driveway. So, we at least got around 8 inches of snow. So hard to believe that just a few days ago it was in the 40's out and no snow on the ground. That's Michigan weather for ya.
