Dollywood

Because we were using Dollywood vacations for our cabin, we got a deal. If we all bought a one day ticket to the theme park, we got to go all week long as many times as we want using the one ticket. That was a good deal for us because we ended up going 3 times. The kids enjoyed it and I really enjoyed myself. Dollywood had changed so much since I was there in 1998.

...the Dollywood express. Mason wanted to ride this train so bad, but we just never rode it. We were there Monday - didn't ride it. Wednesday - didn't ride it. On Thursday he said to my dad, "Papa, they keep telling me they're gonna take me on the train and keep telling me, but they just don't do it!" lol Mason finally got his wish on Friday. :)

Mommy's turn to do the big people mountain adventure. They strap you into harnesses and then you just keep climbing up and they have all of these ropes and thin pieces of wood to walk across.

....see all the cabins up on the top of that hill? Yeah. That's where our cabin was. :)

As soon as you turn into the driveway off the main road, it's all up hill from there! And I mean UP HILL!!!! These pictures don't even do the hills and the steepness justice!
