Another masterpiece. Actually, this pie might have been more of a masterpiece than the cookies. Yes. Definitely more of a masterpiece. Especially since at the last second I decided to lattice the top crust. Half way through I was regretting my decision though. It's stressful. But it looks so good and it tasted so yummy!
Good thing we're snowed in. I'm thinking a nice big slice of that apple pie warmed up with some vanilla ice cream on the side might do the trick tonight.
